“I’m very upfront, honest, and trustworthy – it’s who I am down to the core.”
I’m a people person through and through. I have a sales background, make connections easily, and have an affinity for learning about others.
I am the youngest of four siblings and have always been the one to pull everyone together, so living in Connecticut close to where I grew up was always important to me. As I got older though, my significant other and I were looking for warmer weather and knowing a few people already in Georgia we purchased a home in Atlanta. We spent the better part of five years living between the two locations and about a year ago decided Atlanta was where we wanted to reside.
Having worked at the same small marketing company in different roles for 22 years, I had the good fortune to travel the country and see many places. When I decided to make Atlanta my full-time home, my boyfriend, who had been in real estate for 20 years, began encouraging me to explore real estate as a new a career.
I earned my license and onboarded with Keller Williams. As an independent agent who was new to town, I began helping out other agents so that I could meet people. It wasn’t long after that Marc [Takacs] reached out to a mutual friend looking for a new buyer agent. After sitting down with him numerous times and getting to know one another, I knew working on his team would be the right fit.
Since joining the team in March 2020, I have focused on my education and tapping into the team to learn as much as I can. As I’ve begun to get referrals, work with clients, and close business, it is clear to me that I joined a group of people that truly want me to be successful – both personally and professionally. As someone who has managed a team in a past profession, it is a great feeling knowing that I can bounce ideas off of others and get the support I need to thrive in my new career.
When I’m not working, I’ve recently taken up golf, enjoy spending time on the beach, and going to different wineries and restaurants. I’ve also found my new Atlanta retreat, in the Silver Comet Trail and look forward to spending more time there as the weather cools down.
